I recently visited the fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria, Germany with my Canon 6D, tripod and Phantom 4 drone. I had a lot of fun and captured the castle and surrounds from quite a few interesting angles you mightn’t have seen before. These shots are all taken in midsummer- the weather was amazing during the day and stormy at night which gave some amazing atmosphere!

Neuschwanstein Castle during Stormy Night — Staying right underneath the castle will enable you to get views you can’t get during the day. We had a stormy night and the castle really took on a whole different mood to its gleaming daytime fairytale appearance!
